Our Mission
Our mission is to create a happier, healthier, and safer Kentucky. We intend to do this, primarily, by addressing the social determinants of health in our communities. This means that we will strive to improve access to quality healthcare, quality education, clean and healthy food and water, clothing and shelter, and many other aspects that affect our quality of life.

Simple, though it may be, this is our guiding principle at Kentucky Community Care. We are Kentuckians, therefore we care for Kentuckians all across the Commonwealth. You are our neighbors, brothers and sisters, and ultimately our family.
